Able to use stock 77-78 intake insulator rubbers.
 Drain hole modification performed to the 4 stud holes

Fully ported to a perfect 811cc displacement.
New valves. (Great modern quality)
New cast iron valves guides. (cast guides work the best)
F2/F3 spring set with CycleX upper retainers. (upper retainers are a must)
Oil drain modification. (Honda screwed up ... we fixed it)
Combustion chamber modification for a "happy" 811cc bore size.
Install guides, ream, hone, multi-angle valve job and assemble.

 CX-1, CX-2 or SX-1 are recommended.

Great kit.

JE pistons 66mm. 860cc
XA ring sets and tool steel wrist pins.
Generous valve pockets for large valves.
CycleX big-bore sleeves ... Tapered to fit in stock upper cases.

Machine work:
Glass beaded.
Cylinder block re-sleeved for greater wall thickness (larger big-bore sleeves).
Bored and honed.
Surfaced (both sides) to .009 undersize.
(6) 12mm long Heli-coils.
Hard blocked between 1&2 and 3&4 cylinders.
Oil feed "O" ring modification. Keeps "O" ring from shifting or moving.

Note:
This kit initially developed for TQ mini sprint cars. The pistons were modified for hot street life and average 10.75 to 1 compression ratios (depends on gaskets thickness etc)
Armor glide skirt coated and ceramic dome coated to repel unwanted heat.
This machine work was performed on the preferred early cylinder.

Note:
These pistons were in a motor and run on a test stand briefly. (virtually new)
The pistons were then coated and the cylinder work was performed.

Machine and install dowel pins to keep the oil feed "O" rings in place. 
Total milling from cylinder top and bottom is .008.

The cylinder has been machined for "O" ring wire .... Generally used with copper head gaskets.

970cc Piston And Cylinder Combo.

This 970cc Piston kit (new) and refurbished cylinder is the same combo we use in our shop for years and years.
The 70mm Wiseco pistons are forged with a Armor-glide coating for added insurance.
The piston kit also uses XC rings for easier installation.
Generous valve pockets will accept large camshafts and valves.
Advertised compression ratios will depend on your combustion chamber modifications, amount surfaced or milled and gasket thickness.
The sleeves are super dense cast iron and have proven themselves in many race applications for years and years. 

The cylinder is the early preferred version with perfect fins.
The machine work is lengthy and is also proven in many applications.
Machine work:
Blast cylinder with medium grit to clean and insure that a fresh coat of paint adheres nicely. 
Press out the old sleeves.
Mill to clean up the bottom side of the cylinder.
Bore and hone the alloy cylinder to accept the larger sleeves. 
Machine new "O" ring grooves on the bottom side of the cylinder.
Install sleeves.
Mill the top of the cylinder.
Bore and hone to final size.
6 longer heli-coils are installed.
Our oil feed "O" ring modification is proven and done on all performance cylinders.  Dowel pins are installed to support the inside of the "o" ring to keep it from shifting and falling out of the groove.
Note:
Upper case boring and heavy duty components are needed.

RC engineering head / 5mm kit

Cylinder head modifications:
This RC cylinder head has been fully ported with combustion chamber blending.
We corrected a few things and added 34mm intakes. The seat area was opened up to 86% of the valve size for a proven performance upgrade.
The combustion chamber has been opened to 62mm which would be perfect for you AHRMA folks.
Surfaced to minus .019
Heli-coiled cam tower area with longer coils for strength.
Valve guides have been installed, reamed and a muti-angled valve job was performed.
We have this head nearly completed .... Until a camshaft is selected. At that time valve to valve clearances and spring pressures will need to be checked and set. 

Race proven Kibblewhite 5mm valve kit:
These kits have been used in the TQ sprint car world for decades and proven to be reliable. The TQ cars have been known to exceed 12 thousand rpm consistently.
With these lightweight valves ... Spring pressures can be set lower to gain power and make life easer on valve trane components.
Note:
Add lightweight Titanium adjustor nuts and lighten rocker arms for the full benefits of this kit.
