66mm 860cc Piston And Cylinder Combo.

Includes:
66mm 860cc JE pistons.
Armor glide coated skirts.
170 grams.
Gas ported with XA rings.
Machined valve pockets for OS valves and big-boy camshafts.
Necessary compression for medium to large camshafts. 12.5 to
Perfect bore size for stock, mild ported and fully ported heads.
Proven performance.
Sleeves are stepped so upper case boring is not needed (check anyway)
Sleeve quality is the Highest level. 


Machine work:
Blast cylinder.
Stock sleeves removed.
Cylinder bottom surfaced.
Cylinder block bored and honed to accept big-bore sleeves.
Heat and install sleeves.
Surface the top side.
Bore and hone for the 66mm pistons.
Bevel sleeves.
Cylinders are treat with a special filler between 1&2 and 3&4 cylinders for strength.
Machine and install dowel pins to keep the oil feed "O" rings in place.

Note:
This machine work was performed on the preferred early cylinder.
Piston dome coatings are always available to repel unwanted heat. (good idea)

66MM 860cc Big Bore Kit Combo ( K and F models)

This might be the perfect big-bore kit for Honda cb750s. Combined with port work and CX-11 camshaft this kit produced over 120HP in a TQ mini sprint car on a chassis dyno ..... Not an engine dyno.

Kit includes:
CycleX stepped sleeves for no upper case boring in most cases. (great sleeves)
JE pistons with armor glide coatings.
66mm bore (2.5986)
Comp height .940  (Basically 12.5 to 1 with a K model head)
XA6600 ring set.
Generous valve pockets for oversize valves.
