Welded valve covers
Look close at the photo's and notice the welded bungs.
This procedure was done to help keep the cam towers stabilized with higher lift cams.
Valve covers are jig drilled.
Welded.
Then finial machined for perfect fitment.

Simply install valve cover and insert (8) 1/4 coarse bolts. Tighten bolts as instructed and lock down with jam nuts.
Covers are raw and will need to be powder coated, chromed or painted as needed.

Cycle X ....... Super Flow Valves:
Cycle X super flow valves outperform any valve on the market today. The Nitrite coating is perfect for high temperature, high RPM and run cooler.
The reduced stem diameter (.033) in the port area gives our valves greater flow for noticeable horsepower gains.
Cycle X valves are one piece forged, high nickel stainless steel alloy, swirl polished, strict tolerances and Nitride coated. Making our valves the obvious choice.
The first photo shows an aftermarket valve ,OEM and Cycle X valve, notice the reduced stem diameter in the port area.
Light weight?
A complete set of Cycle X valves weighed approx. 30 grams less than the competitions racing valves.

Camshafts always raise a lot of questions: What kind of performance do you expect? What kind of top end power do you expect? What kind of riding do you do?   What kind of valve relief do your pistons have? Below are some camshaft profiles you will enjoy with-out the headaches that monster cams can produce with out background and experience behind you.

Broad power range. This cam will bolt right in stock engines. You will notice good power increase with this one. This camshaft profile was used on tight road-race tracks. You will like it.

This "complete" valve spring kit is designed for the 77-78 Honda cb750 F2 supersports.
The 77-78 F2's were notorious for top spring retainer failure, causing severe damage.
Whether you have a stock or high performance motor, this kit is a must.

High-performance coated rocker arms and shafts

Rocker arms and shafts are etch prepped and coated with a Flora-Polymer that can withstand over 150 thousand PSI of load.
Greatly reduced friction will increase horsepower and reduce heat.
Flora-Polymer coatings will also retain oils for better lubrication.
Note:
Minor scuffing to rocker arm surfaces which were normally not acceptable are now usable with this process.

Our piston skirt coatings will almost eliminate friction.
Our piston top heat barrier will reduce your cylinder head temperature up to 65 degrees.
Note:
During the testing process a Harley V-twin front piston was uncoated and the rear piston was coated.
Heat sensors showed a heat reduction of 65 degrees.

This is another weak link to the Honda
    750 sohc motors. These chains are
         clearly stronger than stock.
   TECH TIP: Soak cam chains in oil before installation, They will last longer.

       HEAVY DUTY CYLINDER
                         STUDS:
This is one of Honda 750"s weak areas. These cylinder studs are installed on all of our motors (stock or fighter motors). They will eliminate head gasket problems because they will not stretch and will allow you to torque your head correctly.
